FACE 2 FACE LIFE COACHING SESSION
Life coaching is a time-limited, talk-based approach that aims at helping you overcome everyday problems by setting goals and generating solutions.
You can have life coaching sessions anywhere, at any time, which makes my life coaching sessions one of the most accessible ways to get help. As long as we have the right conditions for a coaching conversation. Sessions can take place in a coffee shop, pub, outdoors or at home. My sessions will not only challenge you, but the variety of venues can also be relevant and keep you motivated.
A program of life coaching typically lasts between 2 and 12 weeks.
I also undertake group work
I can run life groups, to help individuals develop personally and socially, and to gain confidence, independence and a sense of well-being. I work with a range of people who are disabled or disadvantaged by age, circumstance or ability. My group work can help those recovering from illness, people with learning and behavioural difficulties and people with mental health issues, such as depression.
